The Village of Lumby made some very progressive changes to their Zoning Bylaw in 2018 to facilitate Secondary Suites, Secondary Detached Dwellings, and more appropriate lot sizes in the residential zones. These changes, along with the positioning of available lands for development at reasonable costs, allow for investment and development of residential lands throughout the Village of Lumby.
